SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Products are sent via carbon offset Colissimo from La Poste for France and via UPS for the rest of the world.

 

According to the regulations, some countries (England, Thailand or the Philippines for example), apply taxes or customs fees on import / export that you may have to pay when the package arrives.  

We invite you to inquire with the competent services if this is the case.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns for refund must be made within one week of receipt and the product must not have been worn or used.  

Refunds are made to the payment method used at the time of the order within one week of receipt of the return and after verification of the condition of the product.

Any stained or damaged product will not be taken back or refunded.
